A by-product of Agua de Madre's fermenting process. An intense, part fermented ginger & lemon paste. Great for when you are feeling under the weather or just want a ginger boost. Add a spoon to hot water and stir. Sweeten with a spoon of honey for an all round pick-me-up. Can also be used as a base with your favourite spicy food recipes, in a dressing or for baking.
