The Scottish Wholefood Collective Warehouse, trading as Greencity Wholefoods, is a wholesaler of fine food and drink, which stocks 5,000 product lines, based in Glasgow’s east end. Our main goal is to promote better food alternatives, in terms of health and diet, throughout the food chain. We encourage local producers and are committed to buying organic where possible. We do not sell any products tested on animals and we only sell goods that are suitable for vegetarians.
As we are a worker co-operative, we also aim to create a non-exploitative workplace which takes into consideration the interests of the workers, the community and the environment as a whole. We believe in parity of pay and we have a flat management structure, which allows all members equal access to the decision-making process.
We currently have a vacancy for a full-time, temporary position in the role of Sales and Customer service Advisor (3 months contract).

Experience of a high volume telesales environment is desirable.
Experience of dealing with customers on the phone, in person and via e-mail.
A track record of excellent customer service provision.
