Blackthorn Sea Salt is traditionally made with 100% Scottish West Coast sea water and nothing else. Patiently trickled through a Scottish Blackthorn tower, whilst being evaporated by the exhilarating west coast wind to create sea salt crystals that naturally enhances the flavour of our flatbreads.
