A new Christmas Pudding suitable for Vegans and also made using no gluten-containing ingredients. Packed full of fruit and hand made in small batches. They soak plump organic raisins, currants and sultanas in Cognac overnight and then mix them with Caribbean cane sugar, grated organic carrots and apples, the juices of lemons and oranges and zesty spices. Each pudding is then gently steamed, then cooled and wrapped carefully. 100g Mini Pudding for Individual Portion Size. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Palm Oil Free.
