Roots & Wings Oragnic's delicious cakes are made with our rich and moist fruit cake recipe. This delicious mini cake is made with rich currants, plump sultanas, delicious raisins, chopped cherries and candied peel that have been steeped in brandy for two days. They are then mixed with spices, almonds, cane sugar, organic eggs and the zest of oranges and lemons and baked slowly. Topped with marzipan and icing and finished with icing holly leaves. Hand made from start to finish. Ideal as a little gift or a treat for one. Suitable for vegetarians. Free from Palm Oil.
