A good source of protein and fibre MOMA’s porridge pots are made using their signature blend of gluten-free British jumbo oats and traditional porridge oats for a creamy texture with a bit of bite.
Enjoy them plain, just as they are, by simply adding hot water or take them to the next level by adding porridge toppings such as fresh fruit. For added protein, you can even add your favourite high-protein yoghurt for a delicious fueling breakfast on-the-go. MOMA’s porridge pots are a handy choice to keep in the office for early mornings or a filling afternoon pick-me-up.
This 65g serving of porridge contains 2. 1g of oat beta-glucan, which is 69% of the suggested 3g per day. Beta-glucan is a soluble fibre which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.
Great taste comes from great tastemakers. MOMA's team of experts only use oats that are grown in the UK, to create porridges that are creamy, well-rounded and high in fibre.
MOMA don't rush. In fact, they've spent nearly 20 years perfecting their deliciously creamy porridges. The perfect way to kickstart your day.
How To Use
When you’re on the go, create thick and creamy porridge in 3 minutes just like you'd make at home by simply adding hot water to your porridge pot.
1. Peel back seal, but don't remove.
2. Pour boiling water to fill line inside the pot.
3. Give it a good stir. The water level will drop but don't refill.
4. Replace the seal by folding it over the pot rim.
5. Wait 3 minutes & tuck in.
Be careful as the pot will still be hot. Please don't reheat.
MOMA Foods

Oats are legally considered to be ‘cereals containing gluten’. However, oats that are not contaminated with other cereals containing gluten (e.g., wheat, barley, and rye) and analysed to contain less than 20mg/kg (ppm) of gluten (as sold), may be labelled with the ingredient claim: ‘gluten-free’. The term ‘oats’ must however still be emphasised as the allergen.
