Entry conditions for Greencity Wholefood’s social media channels competitions: For Facebook competitions, candidates must like the @GreencityWholefoods facebook page and any Facebook pages of their competition partners, as well as like and leave a comment on our initial post about the competition. For Instagram competitions, candidates must follow the @greencitywholefoods Instagram account and any competition partner/s Instagram accounts, along with liking and leaving a comment on our original competition post.

  1. Winners are randomly selected from among all valid, with the exception being when judging panels are used by the competition sponsor to select winners. Within 30 days of the deadline, winners are notified through the contact method specified in the competition details. Unless otherwise stated, each competition will have 1 winner.
  2. By entering this prize draw, competition, or offer, you consent to Greencity Wholefoods contacting you about this promotion. This communication may include additional information, offers, and an unsubscribe option. If you only want Greencity Wholefoods to contact you once about this offer, write "No offers" at the top of your entry email, message, or postcard.
  3. Greencity Wholefoods prize draws and competitions are only open to residents of the UK who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Each person may enter multiple draws but can only enter each prize draw once. Prizes can only be sent to addresses within the UK. Greencity Wholefoods prize draws and competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Greencity Wholefoods or any subsidiary of Greencity Wholefoods.
  4. The prize draws and competitions are not open to anyone professionally affiliated with each individual prize draw and competition. This includes employees of companies providing the prizes, as well as employees of companies that have products entered for voting in the awards.
  5. While Greencity Wholefoods takes all necessary actions to monitor, reduce and remove spam comments and bot activity on our competition posts, we cannot be held liable if any entrants fall victim to an online scam.
  6. Third party competition entries will not be accepted. Entries must be submitted directly by the individual entering the competition. Group, mass, or software/automatically-generated entries are prohibited.
  7. Greencity Wholefoods may disqualify any entry if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or attempts to manipulate the competition.
  8. Any entries received after the published closing date will be ineligible for entry.
  9. By entering any Greencity Wholefoods competition or prize draw, you consent to participate in any publicity for Greencity Wholefoods if you are selected as a winner.
  10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter may substitute any prize offered for one of equal or greater value. If winners cannot accept the prize or are unreachable after 21 days, the promoter may redraw a winner or withdraw the prize offer, as appropriate.
  11. Winners who accept prizes do so at their own risk. Prizes are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
  12. Winners must claim prizes within 1 month of the announcement and award date. This 1-month period does not include the time required to present/provide the prizes.
  13. There are no cash alternatives to prizes and prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged. The publisher's decision is final and cannot be disputed.
  14. By submitting an entry, entrants grant Greencity Wholefoods worldwide copyright ownership and the unrestricted right to publish any entries or use them for promotional purposes. Entrants must be willing to participate in related publicity.
  15. Greencity Wholefoods shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, arising from prize/competition administration or winners’ acceptance and use/enjoyment of the prizes.
  16. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry terms and conditions will be considered invalid and disqualified. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this competition.
