Naturli’ Soft N' Ice is fantastic for making a luxurious vegan gelato or perfect as a refreshing treat for a hot summer’s day! Easy to use and supplied in 1lt cartons, this liquid base mix is subtly flavoured with vanilla for a creamy taste. It is wonderfully versatile and suitable for both home and professional machines. This plant based soft serve mix offers a fantastic option for summery vegan desserts in food service settings.


NATURLI’ Soft N’ice mix is UHT treated and therefore, it does not need to be stored in the fridge. To achieve the best possible result, it is recommended that the Soft N’ice mix is stored at 2-5°C 24 hours before use. An opened box can be stored in the fridge for a maximum of 4-5 days.

 

How To Use

NB: All tests are carried out under professional guidance and in new Carpigiani XVL machines.

1. Shake Soft N’ice thoroughly and pour it into the softice machine.

2. Fill the Soft N’ice mix up to at least 2-3 cm over the censor placed at the bottom of the tub.

3. Let the softice machine run for approx. 10 minutes before it is ready for use.

4. We recommend that the Soft N’ice mix is pasteurised twice every week.

5. The machine needs to be detached and cleaned every two weeks.

6. On a Carpigiani XVL softice machine the aerial screw is placed in the middle or one click counter-clockwise.

7. 1 l. Soft N’ice mix in the softice machine corresponds to 1,6 l. Soft N’ice out - it achieves a perfect bulge of 60 %.

8. For at perfect result and the best taste we recommend that the freeze (HOT button on the machine) is set to 75-80.

Ingredients

Water, glukose syrup, rice, sugar, coconut oil, dextrose,
emulsifiers (sucrose esters- and mono- diglycerider of vegetable
fatty acids), thickening agents (guar gum, carrageenan, gellan
gum), vanilla flavour, sea salt.

 

Storage Information

NATURLI’ Soft N’ice mix is UHT treated and therefore, it does not need to be stored in the fridge. Store ambient, 15-max 25°C

To achieve the best possible result, it is recommended that the Soft N’ice mix is stored at 2-5°C 24 hours before use. An opened box can be stored in the fridge for a maximum of 4-5 days.
