Now we’re cooking! Sproud's Cooking / Whipping Cream is a 2-in-1 plant-based cream for both whipping and cooking. The simplest and most versatile way to make delicious creamy dishes and pastries. 

To whipp into stiff peaks for desserts, it works best when it's chilled for a few hours before use. It also works very well in a syphon - just shake well after charging the cartridge.

For a creamy cooking base, add 2 parts Sproud Cooking / Whipping Cream and 1 part water for the ideal cooking consistency.

Water, fully hydrogenated vegetable oils (coconut, rapeseed), dextrose, sugar, pea protein (1%), glucose syrup, emulsifiers (E 472e, E 435), salt, acidity regulator (calcium carbonate, sodium citrate), stabilisers (E 464, locust bean gum).

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 7 days.
