Crafted with care, the caffeinated beans are from Huila, Colombia, while the decaffeinated beans are grown in Cajamarca, Peru and undergo the Carbonic Natural®method to remove caffeine.   This gentle, chemical-free process uses naturally sourced Carbon Dioxide
to remove caffeine while retaining the coffee’s natural flavour characteristics.

To further enhance your experience, Union roast each coffee seperately, creating individual flavours that harmonise in the blend.

Union

Union was founded in 2001 by Steven Macatonia & Jeremy Torz, two scientists who after a trip to San Francisco in the 90s, discovered an artisan coffee scene that hadn’t yet reached UK shores.

Fast forward a few years, and Union was created, founded on the principle of marrying high-quality specialty coffee with responsible sourcing, making coffee better for everyone, from drinkers to farmers.

Today, Union has improved lives of more than 65,000 individuals in coffee producing countries, and we’re proud to have won The Queen’s Award for Sustainable Enterprise in 2017 for our pioneering sourcing model.
