A delicious seasonal jam for scones and toast.
Sarah Gray’s
Sarah Gray’s Preserves was founded by husband and wife team Sarah and Sandy Gray on their farm in Angus in 2012. Making beautiful preserves using fruit sourced around their farm, they built the business until selling in 2022 to Lindsey Anderson, owner of The Little Herb Farm in Cupar, in Fife.
Now, the jam is all made by Lindsey’s fabulous small team in her production facility in Fife, still using the very best berries and making sure every product is of the highest quality. These award-winning preserves are becoming family favourites in homes around the UK and abroad.
Based in Cupar in Fife, Sarah Gray’s make a delicious range of jams, marmalades, chutneys and curds using the best of local fruit and years of jam making knowledge. Seasonally they also produce a lovely range of gifting jams under the ‘McCoo’ brand, depicting the famous colourful highland cows created by Scottish artist Steven Brown.
