How To Use
Each 130g pouch makes 1lt when mixed with water.
Check out MYOM's branded empty 1lt glass bottle to mix and store your oat drink in.
Into a clean 1lt bottle:
- Add 500ml water
- Squeeze in the MYOM oat blend
- Shake well for 30 seconds
- Top up with a further 375ml water
- Shake again
Into a blender:
- Pour in 875ml water
- Squeeze in the MYOM oat blend
- Blend for 30 seconds
- Pour into a clean bottle

Storage Instructions
Store unopened pouches in a cool, dark place.
Once made up, store in the refrigerator and use within 5 days.
