Made with a blend of sweet and sharp organic apples, this raw apple cyder vinegar is characterful and zingy.
This raw vinegar is organic, unfiltered, unpasteurised and complete with the mother; the naturally occurring bacteria occurring during fermentation.
Add to hot water with a slice of ginger and sprig of thyme. Whip up a quick pickle. Stir a dash in soup. Or whisk into a dressing to liven up a salad.
Dilute to drink: stir 2 capfuls into 300ml of water
