Organic cheese is farmed regeneratively – you might have heard this term being used to talk about sustainable, eco-friendly farming that works with nature not against it. As an organic dairy herd, Godminster farm is smaller and the herd is run less intensively because they give their cows more pasture and therefore produce less milk. Godminster believe a healthy, happy herd produces a healthy, happy planet. Because they farm organically and protect the flora and fauna on their farmland, Godminster Farm is carbon negative.

Ingredients

Beetroot (40%), Cider Vinegar, Sugar, Apple (12%), Onion, Raisins (Raisins, Sunflower Oil), Cornflour, Salt, Ground Ginger, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid.

Prepared in a premises where mustard, egg, milk, soya, sulphites and gluten are used.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place. Once open, keep refrigerated and use within 4 weeks.
