Launched in 2017 at their kitchen table, You & I founders Alan & Kelsey’s goal was to make products that they would be happy to give their own children. Present day You & I are still a small team producing and packaging everything with care and precision from their custom- built brewery in Glasgow. You & I Kombucha is a sparkling living tea containing carefully considered ingredients, fermented with French oak, the finest whole leaf Assam tea and billions of good bacteria.
