Momo Sesaonal Zerbinati's Watermelon Kombucha. Momo Kombucha, in collaboration with Natoora, created this Zerbinati's Watermelon Kombucha. Momo's thirst-quenching watermelon kombucha is made with Oscar Zerbinati’s Sentinel variety from Italy. Sentinel is a 50 year-old variety chosen for it’s intense flavour. Each watermelon can reach 18 kilos in weight, but their considerable size in no way dillutes their flavour. Using a ribbon system to monitor their growth, Oscar keeps tabs on the ripest fruit. Only those with the richest,
most concentrated flesh will make their
way into this kombucha. With a shared commitment to quality and artistry,Momo and Natoora are natural partners.
