Bush Barn Farm is an organic family farm in Esat Sussex with 25 acres of elder trees producing the finest organic elderflowers and elderberries. Bush Barn Farm craft their Great Taste Award-winning cordials in partnership with a local winemaker, blending traditional methods and exceptional flavour. The orchard was planted in 2019 with premium German varieties and is Soil Association organic certified. Passionate about nature, Bush Barn Farm has dedicated areas of the farm to species-rich grasslands and hedgerows, supporting wildlife and biodiversity.
