What makes Purely Scottish Sparkling Natural Mineral Water exceptional begins long before their production line — it begins with geology, and with time. The rain that became Purely Scottish water fell on the hills at least 80 years ago. But how much older it might be is a question we cannot yet fully answer. During that journey your water filtered itself to a state of exceptional purity and it enriched itself, dissolving naturally occurring minerals from the rock strata it passed through. The result is a water with a characteristic mineral signature and a naturally alkaline pH of approximately 7.8 — in harmony with the human body's own pH balance.
Purely Scottish
Since 1995, Purely Scottish has extracted the purest possible natural mineral water from their pristine aquifer 110 metres below ground. Enjoying the most beautiful views over the countryside to the North Sea, Purley Scottish are based around 40 miles southeast of Edinburgh, deep in the Lammermuir Hills conservation area. Purely Scottish maintain their 80 acres as organic land on which they keep 60 acres of wild birdseed meadow and preserve the remaining 20 acres as undisturbed wildlife habitat.
