MOMA Foods

MOMA foods began back in 2006 with founder Tom selling oat smoothies and muesli out of a converted filing cabinet at Waterloo Station. Ever since, they’ve been obsessed with the humble grain and have developed a range of oat-standing oat-based products.

Ingredients

Oat base (69%) (water, gluten free oats (7%), sugar, rapeseed oil), Arabica coffee (30%) (water, coffee extract*), stabilisers (cellulose gum, cellulose gel), acidity regulator (potassium carbonate), salt, natural flavouring.

Oats are legally considered to be ‘cereals containing gluten’. However, oats that are not contaminated with other cereals containing gluten (e.g., wheat, barley, and rye) and analysed to contain less than 20mg/kg (ppm) of gluten (as sold), may be labelled with the ingredient claim: ‘gluten-free’. The term ‘oats’ must however still be emphasised as the allergen.

Allergenic Materials present on site
The following Allergenic materials are processed and packed on the same site:
- Milk and products thereof.

Cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kumat or their hybridized strains) and products thereof.

Product is tested for gluten and dairy on each run.

Storage Instructions

After opening, store in the fridge and consume within 24 hours.
