This pickled slaw is deliciously sweet and crunchy. It tastes (and looks!) great with cheese or piled on top of a baked potato. Add to superfood salads, buddha and poke bowls. We suggest you remove it from the brine and mix it with a little Dijon mustard and olive oil to serve.
