Ocelot's cocoa beans are grown organically by a regenerative cooperative in the forests of Virunga National Park in Eastern Congo. The mindful infusion of dark cherries brings decadence to the deep forest notes of this exceptional chocolate.
To make the perfect hot chocolate: stir 3 heaped tablespoons (approx 28g) into 200ml of warmed milk and whisk over heat until smooth and thickened.
Cacao mass*, raw cane sugar*, cacao butter*, blood orange oil (<1%), vanilla extract*. Cacao solids: 70% minimum. *Certified organic.
