In 2014, Natoora pioneered this new category of seasonality alongside a trusted grower, Carmelo. He started pickign Tardivo di Ciaulli Mandarins weeks ahead of their fully ripe harvest - in search of deeper seasonality and new uses, Green Citrus was born. This kombucha elevates the familiar sweet, zesty aroma of mandarin to a new level. Its vibrant, aromatic freshness comes from the oils in the green citus ring, perfectly balancing the tangy, sour notes of Momo's raw kombucha.
